Danny ghosted us. We purchased from a different Nissan dealer. We were a bit concerned something happened to him, but turns out he just mustn’t have wanted the sale.
Having owned or leased nearly every make and model on the market, I have had my share of dealership experiences. No experience even comes close to the stress-free buying and the incredible service at Al Piemonte Nissan in Melrose Park. Mario Dal Cerro sold me my current car and soon I will return to buy another. Mario and Sammy Alfano never fail me, always there for every service visit and every new car option. I could never thank them enough.
I could not believe the disrespect I received from Paul DiFilipps. Extremely arrogant. I sat for 2.50 hours for oil change, with a 11:00 o'clock appointment. I have leased with Nissan and have never been treated so rudely

Drove 1 hour away in heavy rush hour traffic to look at a used Nissan Rogue yesterday. My wife and I made the appointment yesterday morning (the same day as appointment). Lack of customer service, service was not started until I brought it to their attention which was 4 hours later. I understand its the holidays but an update would have been nice. There is no actual person to person update on the status of your car if your have been waiting for a while. When I was refusing service for my car thats when nissan was able to get started on the service. This is not the only time I have experienced this issue. I hope this helps address and improve nissan customer service.
Would not recommend this dealership. I came in for an oil change and the service writer had a bad attitude from start. Then my car disappeared for 15 minutes, and then saw it come back in the with another guy coming out of it on the passenger side. After the service writer advised my car was done, I just wanted to get out of there. Deje mi nissan rogué 2021 para que la revisaran de un problema que tiene y me la entregaron con excrementos de pajaros en los asientos y con plumas adentro ademas de una huella de zapato en mi tablero! El miércoles la lleve para un cambio de aceite y rotación de llantas y hoy viernes se me poncho mi llanta y no tengo mi dado en mi guantera, llamo al dealer y dicen que ellos no usan los dados! Last time my husband and I dealt with a dealership many years ago, we were told "The United States sets the prices", and this dealership is right inline with that kind of logic. I saw a car advertised with Cars.com I liked, and we drove 40 miles to go see this car that has been on the lot about 9 months, so we examined it closely! Terrible experience with Mario and his service team. They were wonderful during the sale process. The car has a stalling issue that they can’t figure out and they have been absolutely terrible to deal with. Do your research, don’t buy from these guys. The service team is rude and can’t seem to solve a problem. Mario won’t do anything to stand up for what is right even though he sold the car and earned the profits. Stay away!

I’m very excited with how everything is going. I had my dad with me, who only speaks Spanish, and although it’s not her first language, she definitely made an effort and guided us through this process where even he understands.
