Drove 1 hour away in heavy rush hour traffic to look at a used Nissan Rogue yesterday. My wife and I made the appointment yesterday morning (the same day as appointment). Well we got to the dealership only to find out after a 5 minute phone call that the car we wanted to look at isn’t actually available because it is getting cosmetic repairs done even though the car hasn’t been in any accidents and website said nothing about any damages. Lack of customer service, service was not started until I brought it to their attention which was 4 hours later. I understand its the holidays but an update would have been nice. There is no actual person to person update on the status of your car if your have been waiting for a while. When I was refusing service for my car thats when nissan was able to get started on the service. This is not the only time I have experienced this issue. I hope this helps address and improve nissan customer service.
Would not recommend this dealership. I came in for an oil change and the service writer had a bad attitude from start. Then my car disappeared for 15 minutes, and then saw it come back in the with another guy coming out of it on the passenger side. After the service writer advised my car was done, I just wanted to get out of there. After getting back in my car, it smelled like weed and I called left a message on the general voicemail after it rang for 5 minutes. Just wondering how this will be corrected. I can tell you ...

Deje mi nissan rogué 2021 para que la revisaran de un problema que tiene y me la entregaron con excrementos de pajaros en los asientos y con plumas adentro ademas de una huella de zapato en mi tablero! El miércoles la lleve para un cambio de aceite y rotación de llantas y hoy viernes se me poncho mi llanta y no tengo mi dado en mi guantera, llamo al dealer y dicen que ellos no usan los dados! Terrible experience with Mario and his service team. They were wonderful during the sale process. The car has a stalling issue that they can’t figure out and they have been absolutely terrible to deal with. Do your research, don’t buy from these guys. The service team is rude and can’t seem to solve a problem. Mario won’t do anything to stand up for what is right even though he sold the car and earned the profits. Stay away!

I haven’t bought anything… yet! But wanted to share my experience with Mary Aguilar. Super friendly, very professional and extremely knowledgeable. The car I want isn’t currently available, however, she is walking me through ordering my vehicle directly through the manufacture to make sure I’m getting exactly what I want. I’m very excited with how everything is going. I had my dad with me, who only speaks Spanish, and although it’s not her first language, she definitely made an effort and guided us through this process where even he understands.

I can't say enough about Juan Becerra. My 2017 Sentra was towed to the dealership because I was having acceleration issues. My thinking was it was a simple recall and I couldn't be further from the truth. After further inspection, it was discovered that I had a transmission issue. Needless to say, Juan advised me that they would probably need to keep the vehicle for more than a few days.
